How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your country. Orders placed on business days before 15:00 (Amsterdam time) usually ship the same day.
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. Every order is shipped in neutral packaging, with no reference to the contents or our shop on the parcel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, iDEAL, EPS, Pay by Bank and Bitcoin. All payments are encrypted.
My grow kit isn’t growing – what now?
First check the temperature (20–25 °C) and humidity against the instructions for your kit. Still no luck? Submit a ticket with photos and your order number – we’ll help you and look into a replacement.
How should I store magic truffles?
Put them in the fridge at 2–7 °C straight after delivery and keep them sealed. That way they stay fresh and potent for several weeks.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Usually yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Get in touch as soon as possible via a ticket and include your order number.
