Where do we ship?

We ship our products to countries in the European Union, we do not make exceptions. Questions about shipping to other countries will not be answered.


Please order only products that are legal for you to receive. We do not know what the legal status is of our products, for more information, we suggest to contact the website of your government.

Shipping Address

Make sure that the shipping address is a residential or a company address. Do not use a PO-box, Post-office or packingstation as a shipping address when your parcel is shipped with UPS. If you want us to ship to a PO-box, Post-office or packingstation please contact us on our supportpage.


All our packages are shipped discretely. There is no indication on the outside of the parcel what the contents is.  The packages do not contain invoices, packaging lists or instructions. These are only available digitally. A copy can be requested at any time.

What shipping methods can I choose from?

We offer two shipping methods. We try to offer the lowest price possible and to ensure you get your parcel quickly and undamaged on your doorstep.

We offer the package to PostNL. PostNL will have sister companies deliver the package in your country. Sister companies can be DPD; GLS; MRW; Local postal services or other companies.
UPS Standard
Yes Fast shipping. This method is only available for a limited number of countries.

How much do I pay for shipping?

The prices depend on several conditions: the country of destination ; the shipping method and the total weight of your order. If you are interested in how much shipping is it is easy to find out.

  • Select all the products you are interested in and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Go to your shopping cart and scroll down to Estimate Shipping and tax.
  • Here you fill in your shipping country and Zip/Postal Code, click on Get A Quote.
  • The page will load the available methods and the cost of shipping for your order.


How long will it take for my order arrives?

As soon as we have shipped your order it can take several business days for your parcel arrives. When selecting the shipping method, you can see the indication that PostNL gives for your selected country. We have no control over the shipment after the parcel has been sent. Make sure that you fill in your delivery address correctly! When the address is incorrect, we can ship your order again, but only when it has returned to us and we will charge again for the shipping cost. We can also send you a refund of your payment with deduction the cost of the product and shipping cost.

It is highly recommended to fill in your correct telephone-number in the shipping address. We will mention this telephone-number on the parcel. In case there is a problem with the delivery, the shipping company can contact you to have the parcel delivered.
