Credit Card / Revolut Pay

This option lets you pay securely with major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Additional digital payment methods like Revolut Pay may also be available, depending on your country.

How it works:

• Select Credit Card as your payment method during checkout and complete your order.
• Within a few minutes you will receive an email from us containing a secure payment link.
• Click the link to finish your payment on our secure payment page.
• Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and usually shipped the next business day.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. The payment link is only valid for a limited time; if it has expired, contact our support team for a new link.

iDEAL | Wero

iDEAL is gradually transitioning into Wero, a new European payment solution backed by major banks such as ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank. For you as a customer, the experience stays the same: you pay safely through your own banking app.

How iDEAL | Wero works:

• Choose iDEAL | Wero as your payment method at checkout.
• Select your bank and log in as you normally would.
• Approve the payment in your banking app — that’s it.

Why use iDEAL | Wero?

• Fast and secure payments through your own bank.
• No extra software or additional registration required.
• We do not charge any additional fees for iDEAL | Wero payments.

Bank Transfer (SEPA)

With a SEPA bank transfer you send the payment directly from your own bank account.

How bank transfer works:

• Select “Bank Transfer (SEPA) | Pay in Advance” at checkout and confirm your order.
• You will receive an email with our bank account details and your order number.
• Transfer the full order amount and always include your order number in the payment reference.
• As soon as we receive your payment, we will confirm it by email and ship your order.

Bank transfers usually take around 1–5 business days to clear, depending on your bank. Some banks charge a fee for international transfers; these costs are for the customer.

Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero and more)

You can also pay with various cryptocurrencies via our partner CoinPayments.

How to pay with crypto:

• Select Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency as your payment method during checkout.
• After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure CoinPayments.net website.
• Choose Bitcoin or one of the other supported coins and follow the instructions on screen.
• All payment details are shown on the page and also sent to you by email.
• You have six hours to complete the payment before the order expires.

Please note that crypto payments may need additional time to receive enough confirmations on the network before they are fully completed.

EPS (Austria)

EPS is an online banking payment method for customers of Austrian banks. You are redirected from our checkout to your own bank’s website to authorise the payment. We receive an immediate notification once the payment has succeeded or failed.

Bancontact

For customers in Belgium we offer Bancontact. You pay in the secure online banking environment of your own bank.

How Bancontact works:

• Select Bancontact at checkout.
• Enter your card details or scan the QR code with your banking app.
• Approve the payment in your app or with your card reader and your order is paid instantly.

Revolut

You can use Revolut in combination with our credit‑card payment option (Revolut Pay) or, in some cases, by choosing Revolut as your bank within iDEAL | Wero or similar methods, depending on your country.

If you see Revolut as an available option in the list of banks or wallets, simply select it and confirm the payment in your Revolut app.

Multibanco

Multibanco is the most widely used payment method in Portugal. You pay using a Multibanco reference at an ATM or through your own bank’s online or mobile banking.

How Multibanco works:

• Select Multibanco as your payment method during checkout.
• A reference is generated with Entity, Reference and Amount.
• Use these details at a Multibanco ATM or in your bank’s app/online banking to complete the payment.
• Once the payment has been processed, we automatically receive a confirmation and will ship your order.
