Everyone has their own battles, and mine is a debilitating degenerative neurological condition that severely restricts my mobility. As my condition has progressed and I've lost more independence, I've occasionally struggled with dark moods and depression.Rating
I generally try to stay positive and focus on all that I still have to be grateful for, but at times the darkness has become harder to keep at bay. Since starting microdosing, however, I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my mood. It has helped lift that darkness and made it much easier to focus on the positives in my life.
