Everyone has their own battles, and mine is a debilitating degenerative neurological condition that severely restricts my mobility. As my condition has progressed and I've lost more independence, I've occasionally struggled with dark moods and depression.

I generally try to stay positive and focus on all that I still have to be grateful for, but at times the darkness has become harder to keep at bay. Since starting microdosing, however, I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my mood. It has helped lift that darkness and made it much easier to focus on the positives in my life.

Rather than dwelling on what I've lost, I find myself appreciating what I can still do and feeling genuinely thankful for it. The difference it has made to my outlook and overall wellbeing has been significant, and I would highly recommend it.
